- Type: April is a psychic. She was already a psychic, back in her world. She was also slightly empathic. The Rift has amplified her empathic abilities, and so not only does she pick up on people's emotions more strongly than she used to, but she can project whatever she's feeling on whoever is near her. It's been years since she gained this ability, and while she did have a period of time where she lost control over it, she is currently in control of the power. She can't project any emotion if neither she nor someone nearby is feeling it to a significant extent.

April is tiny and blonde. She's just over five feet tall, and she has almost-shoulder-length blonde hair. She doesn't know her exact age, and she's assumed her age to be somewhere around 22, though she's probably closer to 25 or 26. Despite that, she only looks about 18 at the oldest. She's slender and graceful and pretty strong, when you get right down to it. She doesn't smile nearly as much as she did in the past, but when she does, it tends to be room-brightening.
